GiveBIG is this Thursday, June 23.

A historic event is happening in the Pacific Northwest in just two days!

In case you haven’t heard, the Seattle Foundation’s GiveBIG Challenge is a ONE DAY online giving campaign. It’s a really big deal with over 1,000 nonprofits are participating, including Moontown.

We’re asking all of you, our community of supporters, to give big to Moontown as a part of this challenge. For every dollar you generously donate on June 23, Moontown will receive an additional match from the Seattle Foundation’s $500,000 “Stretch Pool.”

The more raised, the more challenge dollars we receive! It’s as simple as that!

GiveBIG is easy. All you need is internet access and a credit card.

How to GiveBIG?
1. Mark your calendar for this Thursday, June 23 and get ready to give.
2. On Thursday, June 23 between the hours of 7am and midnight, go to Moontown’s profile on the Seattle Foundation website to make a donation.
3. Click on “Donate Now” and make a donation to Moontown using your credit card only.
(PLEASE NOTE: Your donation is only eligible for stretch pool funds if it is made to Moontown through the Seattle Foundation’s website. Please use your credit card to Give BIG! No other forms of payment will be accepted.)
4. On Thursday, please consider a donation in the following amount:
 $25 (Member)
 $50 (Friend)
 $100 (Sponsor)
 $250 (Leadership Council)
 $500 (Directors Club)
 $1000 (Investors Circle)

Remember this is all happening THIS THURSDAY. Today, just mark your calendars and bookmark our profile page. Don’t worry, we’ll send you another email the morning of the big day.

In advance, thank you so very much for your support of Moontown. You are powering a bigger, broader, stronger environmental movement, something we need now more than ever to turn this ship around for generations to come.

Founder & CEO

PS: Golden Ticket alert! Throughout the day on Thursday, donors will be chosen at random by The Seattle Foundation to receive a golden ticket worth $1,000 to the nonprofit they donated to, so that could mean an extra $1000 to Moontown. That’d be awesome and we’ll send you a limited edition Moontown baseball cap.
